How to put all your social media under one address

A practical guide: what to list on the page, where the link goes, and how to gather followers from every platform into one list.

A socialmedia.best page sits one level above your accounts. It names every profile you run — on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn or anywhere else — at one address, and that address is the link you put in every bio. It works the same for a shop, a freelancer, a band, a club or someone running accounts for a client. This guide goes through it in the order you set it up. The short version is on How it works; what each plan includes is on Pricing.

What to list on the page

The rows most pages need, in the order a visitor reads them.

  • Your main account

The platform where you post most, first, so a visitor who knows nothing else lands on the feed that is kept up.

  • Every other account

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Threads, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitch, Snapchat — each account you really run, once, with its handle written out.

  • Your website or shop

The place people buy, book or read more, if you have one beside your socials.

  • How to reach you

An email address, a contact form or the messaging app you answer — for a question a comment cannot take.

  • Your newsletter

The sign-up, for the people who would rather hear from you by email than catch you in a feed.

  • What is on now

A launch, an event, an opening, a new collection: one row at the top for as long as it matters, then gone.

Rows are unlimited on every plan, the free one included. Even so, list only the accounts you actually keep: a profile that has been quiet for a year tells a visitor less than no row at all. More on rows on All your links in one place.

Who it is for

Anyone whose presence is spread over several accounts.

  • A small business or shop

One address for the accounts the business posts on, the shop and the opening hours — the same on the window, the bag and every bio.

  • A freelancer

The portfolio account, the professional profile and the way to get in touch, under one address you can put on an invoice.

  • An artist or musician

Where the work is shown, where it can be heard or bought, and where the next date is announced.

  • A club or association

Every account the club keeps, the sign-up form and the calendar, at a name members can say out loud.

  • A social media manager

A page in the brand's own name, so the list of accounts — and the people who follow them — stays with the brand from one manager to the next.

Setting it up, step by step

Most of the work is deciding which account goes first.

  1. Claim the name

Take socialmedia.best/yourname — ideally the name your handles already use, or the one you could not get on a platform. It is free on every plan.

  2. List your accounts in one prompt

Write down the accounts you run and the look you want. With Prompt It (Pro and Premium) the page sets itself up from that; on any plan you can add and order the rows yourself.

  3. Put your main account first

Order the rows the way a stranger would want them: the feed you keep up, then the rest, then how to reach you.

  4. Put the address in every bio

The same link in the profile of every account, so each one points to the page that lists all the others.

  5. Ask for a Super Follow

Tell followers on each platform that one tap at your address follows you everywhere, whatever happens to any one feed.

Prompt It is explained on Your hub, in one prompt: ten prompts a month on Pro, twenty-five on Premium, for setting the page up and for changing it later.

Where to put the link

One address everywhere, so every account leads back to the same page.

  • Every bio

The link or website field of each profile you run — one address in all of them, never a different link per platform.

  • Your posts

Written out in a caption or said in a video, when you point people to another account or to something that is not on that platform.

  • Email

Your signature and every newsletter you send, so readers can find your socials too.

  • Print

Business cards, packaging, posters, the shop window — as a QR code or written out.

  • Out loud

At a stall, a gig or a meeting: an address that is your name is one people remember after a single hearing.

The official list of your accounts

One page that says which profiles are really yours.

When a fan account, a lookalike or an old profile shares your name, people need a place to check. Your page is that place: the accounts it lists are the ones you run, in a list you keep yourself. Link to it from every real profile and the circle closes — each account points to the page, and the page names each account.

The same plain list is easier for an AI assistant to read than a dozen profiles it has to match up. Nobody can promise that an assistant will cite a page, but when one does, it is citing the list you wrote. On Premium, the page also carries a Certified account badge. See Why.

Followers from every platform, in one list

Super Follow, private links and messages.

Super Follow is the button on every socialmedia.best page, on every plan. One tap follows you at your address — not one account on one app — with no sign-up for the follower. People who found you on different platforms end up on the same list, and the list stays at your address if a feed's reach drops, its rules change or an account is lost. See Super Follow.

Private links, from Pro, are rows everyone can see locked and only Super Followers can open: an early look at a launch, a discount code, a members' form. They give a follower on any platform a reason to follow you at your address too. See Private links.

Messages, on Premium, reach every Super Follower in their super box, with no algorithm deciding who sees them — and a welcome message can go out to each new follower the moment they follow. Keep them for news worth the interruption. See Send messages.

When to move to your own address

socialmedia.best/yourname, then yourname.socialmedia.best.

socialmedia.best/yourname is free forever. From Pro, the page moves to an address of its own, yourname.socialmedia.best: shorter in a bio, and it reads as your address rather than a page on ours. Pro also removes the socialmedia.Best branding, lets you set your own template and colours, and adds first-party click analytics, so you can see which accounts visitors actually go on to. Premium adds advanced click and follower statistics. See Your name. At the Best address.
